What does 'unique URLs' mean?

Each distinct hostname + path you record against counts as one URL. Recording ten separate sessions against https://your-app.com/login uses only one URL slot.

Where are my test recordings stored?

On your own machine, in the test-results folder inside MetrIQ. We never upload your test data to our servers. Only your account details (name, company, email, subscription expiry) live in our database.

Which plan includes AI-powered analysis?

Only Pro Plus. Basic and Pro cover recording, reports, and manual testing tools — AI-powered test analysis is a Pro Plus-exclusive feature. Upgrade any time to unlock it.

Can I upgrade from Basic to Pro or Pro Plus?

Yes — buy a higher plan any time. Your URL counter resets to zero and your subscription window resets to that plan's full duration from purchase.

Is it a subscription or one-time payment?

One-time, manual renewal only. When your 10, 20 or 30 days end, MetrIQ locks the recorder until you renew — there is no auto-renewal and you are never charged automatically. We'll email you a reminder before expiry so you can renew in a couple of clicks.

Do you support Indian payments (UPI, cards, netbanking)?

Yes — payments are processed securely through Razorpay, which supports UPI, Indian debit/credit cards and netbanking.
